I am a professional and implementation-oriented consultant and service provider in the field of customer relationship management. My specialisation is in assisting businesses to better understand and manage their own customers.

My understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) is the alignment of the whole company towards the customer with the goal of establishing and maintaining efficient customer relations, thus increasing the business value with a lasting effect.

The scope of my consultancy covers strategic, process and operational implementation of projects. Furthermore, I am available for placement as interims management in companies and organisations.
